It’s been two years today since Micheal Jackson’s untimely death.
If you are in Las Vegas, his estate will be open this weekend to the public in honor of the late singer.
If you are exceedingly rich, his legendary red jacket from the Thriller video will be up for auction this weekend as well. It’s expected to garner around $400,000.
If you are none of the above, I invite to read one of my childhood tales- a post written two years ago when I learned of his death:
How Michael Jackson made me cool- Tales from the fourth grade bathroom.
PS- I’m totally moon walking away right now.

Still can not believe he has gone…Rest in peace, Micheal! We will love you forever.

Oh Jenni, it seems like you and I are the only ones to remember that today was 2 years without MJ. None of my friends or fans on FB even mentioned it or even acknowledged my post about it. So sad!
Why wouldn’t you be moonwalking right now? I think that’s a better question…off to read your post.

RIP Michael! I still am saddened by his untimely death. Off to read your post from 2 years ago. I bet we had similar bathroom tales.

Great post…because that is how elementary was for me too. Never really could break into that “naturally popular just because” group. I tried, though! And the nerdy girl inside me was cheering for you the entire post! So sad that we had to lose such a talented artist.
