Do You Have a #ScarStory? Scarology Wants to Help.

Keloid

*This post is brought to you in partnership with Scarology.

A scar is clear evidence of the skins’ healing capabilities. I find them fascinating… stories… signs of life.

The thick fibrous skin of a scar is a reminder to me that we often end up stronger after being wounded. That our instincts are to survive. To heal.

I also know that despite this, some of us would prefer those reminders to be… a little less glaring.

Are you one of those people?

If you are, then I’m asking you to tell me your #ScarStory.

I’ve partnered with Scarology to help three lucky people diminish the appearance of their scars for free.

Scarology is a unique, three-step, at home scar treatment program that is designed to dramatically improve the appearance of scars. It is safe for adults and children over two years of age. It was developed by Dr. Michael Connor and Dr. Jeanmarie Connor, who have a combined twenty years of medical expertise specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Scarology 3 steps

The treatment works on all types of scars – wound scars, surgical scars, stretch marks, acne scars, burn scars, and keloids. Starting treatment on recent scars is always beneficial, but because of the fruit acid exfoliator, it also works on old scars as well.

Do you have a #ScarStory?

Did you grow humans in your womb and have the stripes to prove it?

Did you find out it is indeed possible to forget how to ride a bike?

Did you fight with a tree and loose?

Are you reminded of past acne by the marks left behind?

Are you a c-section mama?

If you have any kind of scar that you’d like to see less of, and you don’t have thousands of dollars lying around for laser procedures, then this is for you.

Three readers will be chosen to receive a three months supply of Scarology’s Ultimate Scar Treatment System.

How to enter:

Go to the facebook post below and post a picture of your scar and your #ScarStory in the comments. If you’re not up for posting a picture you don’t have to, but know that if you are chosen, we will indeed ask for a picture of your scar to use on MommyNaniBooboo.com.

Not on facebook? Enter on Twitter! You can also enter by tweeting a picture of your scar using #ScarStory to @MommyNaniBooboo and @ScarologySkin.

The three people chosen will be announced along with pictures of their scars in a blog post on March 11th.

Tell us your #ScarStory.

Good luck!
